Premier Completes the Renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda

hotel modernization. Premier is pleased to reveal the conclusion of its most current upscale focused service hotel remodelling: the Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda.

As part of a $4 million remodelling, Premier offered the architecture, interior decoration, and procurement proficiency that transformed the hotel’s lobby, conferences and occasions areas, bar and lounge, restaurant, and fitness center. In addition, Premier supervised the upgrading of the hotel’s outside and arrival experience.

Premier’s Interior Design team’s program for the Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda was inspired by the urban parks within strolling distance of the hotel. Downtown Bethesda’s charm lies in its public green spaces and routes that blend within its metropolitan environment; that same inspiration assisted Premier’s Interior Design group activate the home’s Hilton Brighthearted Program— an initiative to integrate the requirements of the local cultural and company neighborhoods by developing community-inspired spaces with a concentrate on providing authentic local experiences.

Helping the owners optimize the effect of their remodelling budget plan, Premier’s Interior decoration team optimized the job’s expense effectiveness by skillfully resurfacing, reclaiming, and repurposing existing furniture, components, and equipment (FF&E) and built-in millwork, successfully minimizing products and building costs, and simplifying the project’s total timeline.

“The Premier Interior decoration group is most pleased with our work on the lobby and excellent room area in this hotel restoration,” notes Laura L. The fast print station was transferred to be closer to the front desk, while the sundries area was relocated to the previous business center and opened for much better merchandizing of goods and improved revenue-generating capacity. Overall, the style encapsulates Hilton Garden Inn’s design, and produces an inviting destination that accepts the surrounding area’s textures, colors, and vibes.”

As a value-add for the home’s owners, Premier introduced increased functionality to the hotel’s back of home spaces. After an extensive evaluation of the hotel’s layout, Premier’s Interior Design group had the ability to find and repurpose underutilized square video as new workplace for the hotel’s operations teams.
