RIME
Tucked inside the St. Regis Deer Valley, RIME is a modern mountain lodge with Forbes Four-Star qualifications and an enthusiasm for beautiful active ingredients. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping alpine views, while a grand stone fireplace anchors the space’s warm elegance. The focus here is on sustainably sourced seafood and impeccably aged steaks, provided with an eye for both flavor and aesthetics. Chef Matthew Fradera’s culinary approach is rooted in family customs and teamwork, forming a kitchen area where partnership is as crucial as craft.
