Kalguksu–“knife-cut noodles “is a standard Korean noodle

Tteokbokki– apparently this is among Korea’s most popular street foods. It is a chewy rice cake (tteok) blended with a sweet-spicy gochujang(

red chili paste )sauce. Our sample was the soft and chewy round kind of rice cake. Certainly a different texture to experience, however very yummy!
