On Friday I finished early at office and walked to Knafeljev prehod. At JAZ (ME) they have new, nice interior. I got table close to window, good light.
This is project by Ana Roš, best female chef in the world. I visited fee years back her main resturant Hiša Franko 3, Michelin stars. It was time for its modest cusine, part of restaurant week.

Amouse bouchet: sour milk and rice chips with Middle Eastern spices

Risotto with Jerusalem artichoke and Tolminc cheese from a dugout
Topinbour even it is blend in 3 forms and milky risotto made good meal
Vanilla ice cream with pumpkin oil
Nice portion complementary tastes, vanila with pumpkin, rocotta foam, crums with rum and raisnes.
Overall nice experience, good food, ok price. I paid 35 € with tip. I drunk just sparkling water (free).
