Jadro is a dining establishment in Ljubljana’s old town. Run by chef Dalibor Milenković. It is among 3 high-end dining establishments with fish/seafood in the city, the other two being Gostilna Krpan (my experience) and Operna klet (my experience). On Friday, after work, I went there for lunch. The place was fairly empty, so I selected a table near to the entrance.

It was prepared with cheddar sauce and cherry tomatoes with some oil. I drank mineral water (2,5 EUR). jadro, tuna steak jadro, tuna steak The meat was grilled nicely, and the sauce was unexpected, but it ended up being a fantastic combination. Whatever was as anticipated: good interior, excellent service, tasty food, and high costs. jadro, menu< img width="1024" height="576" src="https://i0.wp.com/drjamtravels.blog/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/20250801_170322_copy_1200x6752648145105973989758.jpg?resize=1024%2C576&ssl=1" alt="jadro, menu"/ >
