Emilie has spent more than twenty years based in Thailand and Singapore, working in markets throughout the region. She brings an extensive understanding of the industry, an eager awareness and appreciation of cultural subtleties, and an enthusiasm for innovation and growth. Emilie is likewise a respected industry voice and a regular speaker at travel, hospitality and innovation conferences throughout Asia Pacific.
Throughout her period at Accor, she has held a number of senior roles throughout loyalty, digital marketing, circulation and business B2B. Her contributions have played a key function in the group’s substantial growth in Asia Pacific, where the network scaled from 250 to 1,200 hotels throughout 38 brands, consistently delivering above-market performance. Most recently, she worked as Managing Director, Asia Pacific, at D-EDGE, a distribution, technology and digital marketing platform for the hotel market. She credits these varied experiences as shaping her distinct perspective on the travel commitment subscription model.
