HSMAI personnel had a chance to talk with McGuire about the session and discover why she is excited about this panel.
“What makes this panel so fascinating is that it was purposefully designed to represent the full business image,” said McGuire. “We have leaders who have roots in earnings, marketing, and sales and they’ve all increased to leading commercial functions. It shows that the very best leader of commercial is the very best leader which you can come from any commercial discipline.”

The session will touch on everything from essential skills sets to stakeholder alignment and, of course, the effect of artificial intelligence.
“This panel is a chance to speak about what’s working, what’s changing, and what business leaders require to think of next,” McGuire shared. “We’re going to speak about blind areas, where development occurs, and how today’s increasing professionals can form their own path forward.”
