My sis and I recently visited Phuket, Thailand, and picked to stay at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. It wasn’t a long-planned journey, more of a spontaneous decision, however we had a great time!

Immigration at Phuket Airport took a while, and when we finally came out, I could not find anybody holding my name on a placard. For a couple of minutes, I felt that familiar anxiety and I started scrolling back through my emails, trying to find the contact number the hotel had given me. While I was hectic on my phone, a gentleman appeared holding my name on the board and asked if I was the visitor. I was happy to see him appear!
Strolling into the Pullman lobby, the first impression is of area and greenery. The design feels open, inviting, and unwinded, which is exactly what you want after a long journey. The best part? Understanding that the beach is best throughout the roadway, simply a couple of actions away.
First Evening & Next Morning
By the time we completed signing in, it was already late, and the first job was to figure out supper. Instead of going out, we decided to keep it easy and try the room service. The personnel was polite, and the food ended up being rather great.

At night, we discovered the Panorama Lounge, and it quickly became our preferred spot. We ended up going there every night. The views from the lounge are sensational, the atmosphere is warm, and the staff made the experience even better. Complimentary drinks and coffee are served, and the gown code is clever casual, an enjoyable reason for my sis and me to dress up a little each night and head over happily.
Dining, Pools & Activities
During our stay, we attempted numerous of the resort’s dining choices– the coffee shop, the main dining establishment (where breakfast is served), and the Thai dining establishment, which I ‘d extremely recommend. The food throughout was consistently great, and the personnel made every meal feel special with their warmth and courtesy.
Another highlight was the pool near the beach, which has a beach hut serving excellent drinks. Thanks to my member status with Accor, I had complimentary coupons and got to sample a few, absolutely worth it.
Due to the fact that of my sister’s ankle sprain, we could not venture much into the city, except for a short half-day trip. But honestly, the resort itself kept us more than inhabited. Between the multiple pool, night fire programs, a variety of listed activities, and even a health spa (which we didn’t try this time), there’s plenty to do without ever leaving the home.

If I had to offer the most significant shout-out, it would be to the staff. They were constantly polite, polite, and approachable, prepared to help, share info, or simply chat if you seemed like it. Their warmth added a personal touch that made the stay even more remarkable

General, we had a wonderful remain at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. From the convenient location right by Karon Beach, to the food, pools, and above all the staff, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. It is also unique because we had our first flying gown photoshoot there. My sister and I both concurred that we ‘d gladly return here on another journey to Phuket.
