Kovalenko’s career spans a variety of international HR functions at companies consisting of H&R Block in Kansas City and Philip Morris International in Kyiv, Ukraine. Most recently, she functioned as a Worldwide HR Leader at Amazon within its Customer support department, where she was accountable for skill strategies throughout 2 major organization verticals operating in 26 nations.
