Canopy by Hilton has opened a brand-new hotel in Nashville’s Gulch community, a lively and vibrant area known for its cultural destinations. Canopy-Homewood The Gulch, Nashville, located at the crossway of Department Street and Overton Street, officially opened on June 16, 2025. This brand-new property includes 181 visitor rooms and suites, developed to integrate the local industrial heritage and urban elegance into its aesthetic.
The hotel provides a range of culinary experiences, with 5 unique dining alternatives offered on-site. These consist of a local brewery revival, a roof garden concentrating on agave plants, and a series of dining establishments serving regional and worldwide cuisine. Among them, Silo, a modern-day gastropub, is set to open soon and will include the biggest ground-floor patio area in the Gulch area. COA, a rooftop restaurant offering Mexican gastronomy with a comprehensive agave spirit choice, is expected to open later this year.
Canopy Nashville is developed to reflect the regional character, including elements such as recovered metal for interior doors, denim-and-leather headboards, and concrete ceilings. The visitor rooms feature a wood canopy over each bed, a signature style component of the Canopy brand. The hotel also offers high-end features, including Apotheke bath products and artisanal mini-bars.
The hotel supplies complimentary downtown shuttle bus services in a Rivian home vehicle for transportation. Visitors can also access a large gym and marked down classes at a close-by boxing gym. Additionally, the hotel has partnered with American Paint Hat to offer custom-made handcrafted hats displayed around the front desk and available for purchase.
This new hotel becomes part of the Hilton Honors program, enabling members to make points through their stays and take pleasure in advantages such as versatile payment options and complimentary Wi-Fi when reserving directly through Hilton’s channels.
