Spark by Hilton
Makkah Aziziyah-Rendering-Image Credit Hilton has announced plans to expand its footprint in Saudi Arabia by reaching a turning point of 100 open hotels this year. This move highlights the company’s sustained dedication to growth in the Kingdom, with 14 brands currently running and under development. Hilton aims to add over 21,000 rooms across numerous locations in the country.
The company’s continuous growth in Saudi Arabia consists of introducing more of its brand names and creating a diverse portfolio that provides a series of options for travelers. One in four branded hotel spaces presently being built in Saudi Arabia brings a Hilton flag.
Highlighting the company’s development technique, Hilton is launching its premium economy brand name, Spark, in the Middle East with the signing of Glow by Hilton in Makkah. The brand-new brand offers a simple, inspired design, comfy guest spaces, and a complimentary breakfast at an available cost point. Spark by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah, a 329-guest space residential or commercial property, is set up to open later on this year.

The intro of Spark by Hilton adds to the business’s growing midscale presence in the Kingdom. It complements existing brand names such as Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn, which represent one-third of Hilton’s hotel pipeline in Saudi Arabia.
Hilton’s growth strategy extends to the luxury sector with its iconic Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and Conrad Hotels & Resorts brands. The business has a multi-property contract at The Opportunities – Riyadh, the Kingdom’s largest mixed-use development, which will host a Waldorf Astoria and a Conrad hotel.
Hilton’s pipeline in Saudi Arabia is set to produce over 15,000 task opportunities across its residential or commercial properties, lining up with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 plan. The company currently runs 20 hotels in the Kingdom, with another 77 homes in its pipeline, representing a quarter of branded hotel rooms under building in the nation. This declares Hilton’s dedication to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by providing world-class hospitality experiences.
